Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 Pound Bag of Brussels Sprouts
  • 4-5 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 2- 3 cloves of garlic (smashed)
  • 2-3 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Heat oven to 400 deg F.
  2. Warm some oil in the microwave and pour over a bowl of brussels sprouts that have been halved.
  3. Put in some salt and pepper and the smashed garlic cloves.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 20 mins.
  5. Its ready!
